RETURN POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return authorization number (RA#) w/in 14 DAYS of your purchase for EXCHANGE or MERCHANDISE CREDIT in the form of a gift card. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.  Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping using a reliable carrier with tracking info. We cannot be held responsible for items not received. Please email hello@annagraceshop.com for RA#.

Please be sure to include original receipt with your return or exchange.

All returned merchandise must be in brand new original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

FINAL SALE items include: sale items (online promotions excluded), home and pantry goods, beauty products, and intimates 

Upon inspection of returned items, you will receive your merchandise credit in the form of a gift card within 3-5 business days via email. We have the right to deny any items that do not meet our return standards.

Any returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be credited. In such cases, buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to them.

In order for merchandise to be qualified for a credit, item(s) must be mailed back as described above. 

Merchandise can also be returned to our brick and mortar location for in-store/online merchandise credit.
