Orders/Shipping

 

An email confirmation will be sent to you as order is received. Please note that we are also a brick + mortar store, and occasionally, we may sell out of an item before we get a chance to remove it from the website. In such a case, you will be notified via email and your card will be refunded for.

Pending credit card approval and item availability, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped.

Orders placed online will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

New York state tax will be applied to orders shipped to a NYS mailing address.

A $5 flat rate shipping fee for USPS Ground Advantage (2-4 day shipping).

We cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, lost, or stolen items caused by carrier. We cannot be responsible for orders that are tracked as delivered.  We cannot guarantee delivery day. If you wish to add insurance and signature confirmation with delivery, please contact us at hello@shopannagrace.com as soon as order is placed.

Shipping fees are buyers responsibility and will not be refunded if an item(s) is returned.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees; we do not send return labels. Please see ‘Returns’ for more details on this.
